I got a surprise when I went to stir my soup. It turned a much paler then normal. I'm thinking it must be the ginger that did that. I did not know how much to use so I used one teaspoon full.

I'm cooking my 3rd batch of soup today. I cooked red lentil soup then split pea and now I'm cooking green lentil soup.

Just heated up what I believe to be the red lentil soup with the ginger. I was worried that I may have over done the ginger but if this is it then I didn't and it could stand to increased a little more.

You should be able to taste at least a little ginger.

I'm going to visit my mother's grave today and I'm going to buy 2 packs of red lentils so that I can give one to a lady at church that I was talking with about them.

I was looking at the vegetables in the store today trying to see what else would go good in my soup. I'm thinking bok choy might be good to add.

Towards the end of me eating some of my green lentil soup for lunch I had one of those episodes where a tiny piece of something gets stuck in the back of your mouth / throat. It's panic inducing.

I'm OK now. It really makes you wonder if and when you should call for an ambulance. This happens to me way to often

Yeah, I can see where that can be difficult. Glad that you're OK now and wish that it didn't happen so often.

The most I get is just tired and dizzy, which also happens too often. The doctor and I will continue looking into it. Am thinking of trying to get an appointment earlier than the next one which is in December.

I went for a very long time with being dizzy but mine was mostly from extreme torture. I bought some bok choy today to use in my soup Saturday. I hope it lasts until then.

It should be OK until Saturday.
Yeah, I know that you've gone through a lot in the past. Wish I knew what was causing my symptoms.
