I thought that I already had an exercise thread here but I can't find it. This week is my isometric workout week. I did my first set already this morning. I did a Plank for 1:30, then the Iso-Bow for 1:30, and then 3 isometric pec pushes at chest level. Later today I have to do all of those again 2 more times.

I did it I completed all of my sets for today. I'm figuring out strategies to help me with carrying them out. When you are doing a Plank it is best not to look at the timer to check it. When using the Iso-Bow I discovered a move that allows you to kind of rest without resting and it's totally counter intuitive.

Actually, I think that this is the first exercising thread here.

From what I understand the DoubleFlex Black should come out on the market this month? I would very much like to get one. The sooner it comes on the market the better for me.

Friday will be my last day of isometric exercise week. The only difference is the position at which the pec push exercise is preformed at. Monday I do it at stomach level, Wednesday I do it at chest level, and Friday I do it at forehead level.

I did all of my exercises for today. The roughest is the planks but you can really feel the burn with the Iso-Bow.

I just got it yesterday. I put a 9 volt battery and made sure that it turns on. I just finished my iso week so I might not use it for the first time until the 27th.

I found that I do have 9 volt batteries. I started the process towards using it. I have to be able to find percentages of numbers. That is what I've just been trying to do. So this is what I've figured. 65% of 54 lbs is 35.1 lbs 65% of 34 lbs is 22.1 lbs Are those correct? Am I doing it right? PxX=Y

Yes, both are correct.

You find out what your Peak Force is for the exercise then you use that to find your Target Force which is 60~70% of your Peak Force. I split the difference and went with 65%. When using you try to get the Average Force which iGrip calculates to match your Target Force.
