Would one of those watermelon slicers work with squash?

How come we hear about the smoking and chewing dangers of nicotine all the time but not the eating of it? There are vegetables that contain nicotine. I avoid them now.

Would one of those watermelon slicers work with squash? One of these? It might work with a large summer squash. You can always give it a go. The rind on a winter squash would be too tough.

I've seen recipes like this one before. It's a neat trick. I might add, too, that when you're ready to take the cake out of the mug, placing the plate on top then quickly flipping both over may be a better way. Bakers do this with racks and cakes that are ready to come out of the pan.

I'll try making it here in a little while.

Here's a good article with a list for those who are interested. The 2 that I knew of are eggplant and mustard greens. That article doesn't even list mustard greens.

I am eating the best green beans that I have ever had. I made them in my mini ceramic microwave cooker. Fresh green beans, soy sauce, honey, and sesame seeds.

Ah, yes, well, it may work best before the squash is cooked.
